2012/2013 FUTA CHANGE OF COURSE

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE CHANGE
• Applicants who made the federal University Of Technology Akure(FUTA) their first and/or second choice university in the 2012/2013 JAMB UTME and obtained a minimum of 50% in the FUTA post-utme screening.
• Candidates must obtain a minimum of 5 credit passes in their WASSCE results.
• Candidates who have been offered provisional admission by the University need not apply.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Interested applicants are to follow the steps below to apply now:
1. Pay N5,000 via E-tranzact platform ONLY in any branch of WEMA bank.
2. Proceed to the FUTA website here
3. Use your JAMB REG, confirmation code and Receipt number from the E-tranzact slip to complete the change of course form online.
4. Each candidates is expected to make three (3) choices when filling the form:
• Most Preferred course
• More preferred
• Preferred
5. You O-level subject combination must be relevant to the three choices.
6. Submit and print the change of course form online.
7. Candidates are to fill the O-level results in the spaces provided

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The closing date for the online registration of the 2012/2013 FUTA change of course form is on wednesday, the 15th of August.
