To make a php server first you need a web host
there are many free web hosting services around follow the instructions
carefully.
visit www.1x.net
creat a free account
log out and then log in back
create new projects
click webspace create, complete the form and you are done.
then click the domain you just created and scroll down
you notice an FTP domain, username and password. you will need that
information. visit net2ftp.com, enter the information and the directry
should be /www.
after you are logged in just click upload. select the file tutorial.php and
upload. there you have your server.
